4. Can you help customers mixing cargo in one container?
Yes. We have warehouse to mix different kinds of products in one container to make it full to reduce your cost. We could supply professional loading plan for you.
5. What's your payment terms?
Our payment terms is Cash, Western Union, T/T, L/C at sight.30% as deposit and 70% as balance before shipment.
6. What's your price terms?
FOB, CIF, CNF, EXW depending on the clients' requirement.
7. Can you OEM for us?
Yes, we can OEM according the client's quality standard and package.
8. What project service you can supply?

9. Can you keep all the confirmed drawings and material of our brand standards?
Gaosheng has the ability to batch manufacture standard designs, for restaurant or hotel brands with regular repeat orders.
Gaosheng can keep all project material which confirmed in the coming 5 years (wood, fabric, leather, metal, glass, marble) after the project was done.
10.Your price including shipping?
Our price terms are EXW or FOB, you are free to have your order shipped overseas by the company of your choosing. We also have our preferred partner for international package forwarding to more than 200 countries.
11.Can you provide on-site installation service for my project?
Yes, we can arrange a professional indoor installation team to site to provide installation and on-site guidance service to ensure that your project open perfectly.
12.What's your delivery date?
As usual we need 40 days to custom made furniture after buyers confirm shop drawing, fabric, PU leather, finish sample and all details.
13.How can you package and label when shipped?
All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with the project number and product code to simplify receiving.
14.How can you assist me control budget with high quality?

If you not in China, Gaosheng can make video meeting whenever you want to see, take you and your team to visit our showroom and factory, to see your products on-site situation.

17.Does Gaosheng only supply the furniture or also assist us with the design?
Our solutions cover interior design, manufacture, supply, deliver & install joinery and FF&E items which includes but not limited to fixed & loose furniture, lighting, artwork, flooring, wall covering, fabricating, operating equipment etc. Our company has Innovative & professional design team and product team, from joinery to FF&E, no matter doors & windows, floor finishing, wall finishing or furniture, lighting or accessories, all the implement details, color schemes, material selections to be arranged by the same team, which ensure our design can be 100% landed perfectly, and no doubt on the product quality.
18.Can Gaosheng upholstered goods be supplied using COM or designer fabric?
Any upholstered furniture we supply can be manufactured using COM fabric or leather, providing limitless options for designers. However, this does impact pricing and we always recommend using CFS commercial grade fabric, vinyl or leather.
